Godzilla vs. Biollante (ゴジラVSビオランテ Gojira vs Biorante) is a 1989 kaiju film written and directed by Kazuki Ōmori. It was the seventeenth film to be released in the Godzilla franchise and the second in terms of the franchise's Heisei period. The film is set after the events of The Return of Godzilla. This is the first and only film to feature Biollante.
