Kamen Rider Eternal (仮面ライダーエターナル Kamen Raidā Etānar), set for release on July 21, 2011 (with rentals out on July 8), is primarily a flashback story set before the events of Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate. A woman with psychic powers named Mina arrives in Futo to avenge the death of Katsumi Daido, and when she comes across Shotaro, Philip, and Akiko, she tells them how Daido was actually a hero. Mina proceeds to reveal herself as member of a group of psychic-powered soldiers created by Foundation X to destroy NEVER and the chain of events that led to Daido’s madness when he first obtained the Eternal Memory. The Eyes Dopant (アイズ・ドーパント Aizu Dōpanto^?) also appears.The original form of Kamen Rider Eternal known as Red Flare (レッドフレア Reddo Furea^?) also appears in the film, being the form Kamen Rider Eternal can only attain by using the standard Eternal Memory, rather than its T2 counterpart in A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate which automatically transforms Kamen Rider Eternal into the more powerful Blue Flare (ブルーフレア Burū Furea) form.

Kamen Rider W Returns (仮面ライダーＷ（ダブル） RETURNS Kamen Raidā Daburu Ritānzu) is a set of two V-Cinema (direct-to-video) releases that serve as spin-offs of characters from the Kamen Rider W television series and films. These films focus on the characters of Ryu Terui (Minehiro Kinomoto) as Kamen Rider Accel and Katsumi Daido (Mitsuru Matsuoka of SOPHIA) as Kamen Rider Eternal. The series' main protagonists Shotaro Hidari (Renn Kiriyama), Philip (Masaki Suda), and Akiko Narumi (Hikaru Yamamoto) also are featured in each film. Koichi Sakamoto directs both films, with Keiichi Hasegawa writing the Accel portion and Riku Sanjo writing the Eternal portion.

Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Double & Decade: Movie Wars 2010 (仮面ライダー×仮面ライダー Ｗ（ダブル）＆ディケイド MOVIE大戦2010, Kamen Raidā × Kamen Raidā: Daburu ando Dikeido Mūbī Taisen Nisenjū?) is the name given to the commercial promotion for the December 12, 2009, theatrical releases of the Kamen Rider Decade epilogue film, the Kamen Rider Doubleprologue/flashback film, and a third film that exists as a crossover between the two and serves as the finale to Decade. In the ecologically-minded city of Futo (風都 Fūto, the "Windy City"), there are many windmills and the people live in harmony. However, the Sonozaki Family sell mysterious devices resembling USB flash drives called Gaia Memories to criminals and other interested parties who use them to become monsters called Dopants, committing crimes with the police force powerless to stop them. To make matters worse, the Gaia Memories carry a dangerous toxin that cause their users to go insane to the point where they could die from the life-threatening devices. After the death of his boss, the self-proclaimed hardboiled (actually half-boiled) detective Shotaro Hidari works with the mysterious Philip, who possesses the true Gaia Memory, to investigate crimes which involve Dopants. Using their own Gaia Memories, Shotaro and Philip use the Double Driver belts to transform and combine into Kamen Rider Double to fight the Dopant menace and keep Futo safe. While joined in their fight by investigator Ryu Terui, who transforms into Kamen Rider Accel, the mystery of Philip's past, his relation to the Sonozaki Family, and their Museum organization are revealed.
