Kamen Rider Eternal (仮面ライダーエターナル Kamen Raidā Etānar), set for release on July 21, 2011 (with rentals out on July 8), is primarily a flashback story set before the events of Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate. A woman with psychic powers named Mina arrives in Futo to avenge the death of Katsumi Daido, and when she comes across Shotaro, Philip, and Akiko, she tells them how Daido was actually a hero. Mina proceeds to reveal herself as member of a group of psychic-powered soldiers created by Foundation X to destroy NEVER and the chain of events that led to Daido’s madness when he first obtained the Eternal Memory. The Eyes Dopant (アイズ・ドーパント Aizu Dōpanto^?) also appears.The original form of Kamen Rider Eternal known as Red Flare (レッドフレア Reddo Furea^?) also appears in the film, being the form Kamen Rider Eternal can only attain by using the standard Eternal Memory, rather than its T2 counterpart in A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate which automatically transforms Kamen Rider Eternal into the more powerful Blue Flare (ブルーフレア Burū Furea) form.
